Get weight!
My last job, my boss does not like who are fat because we had to work about reception so it’s not good, if receptionists are fat. But in my new job I always sit down in front of my computer. I feel I get weight and many colleagues say we think it seems you get weight. I think so because I enjoy eating and don’t exercise. Now I have to find the way for loss weight. When I am fat I do not confidence myself.

My New Job
About my new job, I heard an advertising job on radio that they wanted an accountant;
- Can drive a car.
- Can communication in English
- Can use Computer
- Knowing about accounting.
- Please to work with Danish.
I had to interview by 3 persons. They asked me a lot in English. First I thought I could not pass interview because I could not do well on the paper test, but I could communicate and reply all the answer that they asked me. After I came back home, I thought about this a lot why I am so poor in English that night, I was sleepless even I thought I also had a good job. But in the morning while I was on the way to the old job, I got a call that she said when you could start to work with us because you passed interview that time I wanted to shout out loud …Yeah!!!!!!!!!
When that time came I had to quite old job I felt sad because I would not meet my friends in the hotel. I choose new job because I can off on weekend and get more money, but if I worked with old job in the hotel that I can off only on Sunday and I got the salary only half of new job.
I work as accountant this company about 1 month. My company exports the plant to Denmark. I think I’m lucky because I get a nice job.

Tips for Happiness in Daily Life

Here are a few tips for increasing happiness in daily life:
1) Endeavor to change the way you look at things. Always look at the bright side. The mind may drag you to think about negativity and difficulties. Don't let it. Look at the good and positive side of every situation.
2) Think of solutions, not problems.
3) Listen to relaxing, uplifting music.
4) Watch funny comedies that make you laugh.
5) Each day, devote some time to reading a few pages of an inspiring book or article.
6) Watch your thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, start thinking of pleasant things.
7) Always look at what you have done and not at what you haven't.
Sometimes you may begin the day with the desire to accomplish several objectives. At the end of the day you might feel frustrated and unhappy, because you haven't been able to do all of those things.
Look at what you have done, not at what you have not been able to do. You may have accomplished a lot during the day, and yet you let yourself become frustrated, because of some small things that you did not accomplish. You have spent all day successfully carrying out many plans, and instead of feeling happy and satisfied, you look at what was not accomplished and feel unhappy. It is unfair toward yourself.
8) Each day do something good for yourself. It can be something small, such buying a book, eating something you love, watching you favorite program on TV, going to a movie, or just having a stroll on the beach.
9) Each day do at least one act to make others happy. This can be a kind word, helping your colleagues, stopping your car at the crossroad to let people cross, giving your seat in a bus to someone else, or giving a small present to someone you love. The possibilities are infinite. When you make someone happy, you become happy, and then people try to make you happy.
10) Always expect happiness.
11) Do not envy people who are happy. On the contrary, be happy for their happiness.
12) Associate with happy people, and try to learn from them to be happy. Remember, happiness is contagious.
13) Do your best to stay detached, when things do not proceed as intended and desired. Detachment will help you stay calm and control your moods and reactions. Detachment is not indifference. It is the acceptance of the good and the bad and staying balanced. Detachment has much to do with inner peace, and inner peace is conductive to happiness.

Helpful Tips on Eye Care
With so many of us spending lots of time in front of the computer every day it comes to no surprise that research is showing a rise in visual problems. What can one do? First, it’s important to find out how you can protect your eyes through eye health exams and by making a few minor changes in your computer viewing habits.
Here are some helpful Eye Care Tips -
Positioning is everything
Correct positioning of your computer, keyboard and typing copy is essential. Your screen should be positioned about an arm’s length from your eyes and 20 degrees below eye level. Consider foot and wrist rests for added comfort.
Lighting can make all the difference
Room lighting should be diffuse, not direct, to reduce glare and reflections from your screen. Look into an internal or external glare screen and be sure to set your colour, contrast and brightness levels to suit you.
A little extra help for your glasses
Anti-reflective coatings on the lenses of your glasses can be applied by your optometrist to reduce discomfort and to ease reduced vision from bright and/or flickering light sources such as VDTs and fluorescent lights. And don’t forget, your doctor of optometry can talk to you about eyeglasses designed specifically for people who use computers a lot.
Take time out, our 20-20-20 rule
Step I :-
After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your
head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This
changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.
Step II :-
Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.
Step III :-
Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes
of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.
It’s all in the blinking
Did you know that on average we blink 12 times per minute? But wait, did you know that when we’re on the computer we only blink 5 times per minute? That can add up to dry eyes. Relieve the discomfort by using artificial tear drops or gels and remember to blink!
Palming
Sit straight at your workstation and rub your palms against each other till you feel them warm. The warmth of your palms helps soothe and relax tired eyes. Then, lightly cup your eyes with your palms and relax for 60 seconds. Count the seconds in your mind. Repeat this exercise two to three times whenever your eyes feel tired, or as often as you want. While palming, you can either rest your elbows on your desk or keep away from the desk and cup your eyes. Both ways are fine.
Splash water on your face
During breaks, splash water on your face while closing your eyes. This has an overall relaxing effect and helps you feel refreshed.
Use tea bags
Keep two used tea bags in the refrigerator before you leave for work. Once you are home, place the tea bags on your eyes for a few minutes as you relax. This not only soothes tired eyes, but also reduces puffiness.
Eat healthy
Incorporate Vitamins A, C, and E on a daily basis; eat citrus fruits, green leafy veggies, tomatoes, spinach, poultry and dairy products. Pack a box of chopped carrots, cucumber and fresh fruits and munch in-between meals at the office.

For a long time, I have not posted anything because I was busy with my job. I can tell I love this job every body is good for me. They are friendly, kind and teach me many things about how to be happy with this job and this place. I think I am lucky. It seems my English is not getting better when I stooped blogging. That time I concentrated only my job. I was not practicing it. I felt shy when I had to speak with foriner, but this time I like to speak with them. Some one told me if you wanted to good at speaking English you have to speak very often as you can. When I work in the hotel I speak English and Korean. When I speak English they could understand me even thought I am not good at speaking English.
About my Sea Game volunteer. I received a good new. I had to go to meeting with them, but that day I could not off my work because I thought if I went to meeting. I started my work only 15 days so I did not choose to go to meeting. I am sad I can not to be volunteer because I have to take care of my guests in the hotel when that time will come I think I will do my best for taking care of them. I believe they will come back to here again.

Yesterday, I attended the calling from H/r of the club golf & resort that I applied in July 27, 07. for starting my job in Aug 1,07 as the front office. I was very exciting.
Today, I go to work there. Everything is new for me. First time I thought this job is easy, but I just know it is quite difficult to me. I have to learn, remember & do many things that I never know about it. I felt I would not go to work tomorrow because I was very tired and confused even every body in F/O is friendly and nice to me, they tried to teach me many things, but my mind told me this was your good chance because you got this job that was not easy for every one and also work in the nice resort ( 4 star.) Almost our gusts are from another country. So tomorrow, I should go to work and try my best to do it.
This time, I am busy with my work, so I may have a little time for using internet and not visit at your tblogs. I hope you will understand me. But I will spend my little time to write my blog everyday for practicing my English.

Have you ever heard about Koracha sea game 2007?
24th sea games 2007 at Nakornrachasima (korach) Thailand. 6-15 December 2007
Yesterday, I was very tired because I drove From Pak Chong to Korach and Korach to Pak about 200 km. Because I wanted to applied and interviewed in english for volunteer Korach sea games 2007 for protocol volunteer ( actually I thought is call receptionist). If I get it, I will be a protocal and take care of the players from many countries in south east Asia. This things will be my nice experience and be able to speak in English. Before, I interviewed I felt very exciting because we talked in only English and he asked me many things, but I could answer almost of his questions. I have to wait about 2 weeks for the news that I will be selected by the communities or not. I hope I will have chance to help to promote our country and one of sea game volunteers 2007 Thailand. Please pray for me. I will let you know more later.

I have become one of members tblog family about 10 months. It seems it is short time for another, but for me I don’t think that. I appreciate every body. I still think how luck I am when I have met you all. We have shared everything both good things & bad things. You know some day I didn’t know what I would post, but I have written 2 posts today because of my first friend in tblog who are one of my best tblog friends. Time
How fast the time flies.
I talked with my friends about how fast the time files. They agreed with me. It felt almost too fast. It’s amazing!!!!! We only have about 6 months till the end of year. We have not done many things. I have a little time to practice my English. By the way, I start to find a job. Almost good job those I am interesting when I see the quality of positions that one of them has to good command in English speaking & writing. Oh apple how is hard for you. It seems speaking and listening English are very very difficult for me. I speak with Thai accent, but I am not serious about it. I have practiced English all skills. I intend this year, I will be good at speaking, writing, reading & listening. Hope my dream will come true.
Well, it’s Friday. Yeah!!!! I love the weekends because I don’t have to wake up at 5.30 am. I am free for 2 days. I need to recharge the batteries and take time for me.

I wish

I wish go to beach because it is too hot here. I did not go the beach for a long time. There are many beautiful beaches here. I love go to beach in Southern of Thailand. Beautiful like heaven on earth for those who love the sea, beautiful nature, flower and peaceful rest. It is the white sand beach which is very quiet abd able to swim, dive and see coral.
I like to have long holidays with beautiful natural. But it is a long time till next holidays. I have to wait until my family has free time!!!! I hope they will have time to bring me go to the beach. It is ok if they will bring me to the Hua-Hin beach that is near Bangkok only 2 hrs by car.
I think about how beautiful it would be to see the sun rise.
I think how delicious of fresh see foods. Yummy!!!!!
