Finding Inspiration in Your 2006 Experiences
By Bruno Baceli |
As 2006 comes to a close, it is time to take a moment and reflect on the things you experienced during the year. In this rush, rush life, many people fail to do take this important step.
Finding Inspiration in Your 2006 Experiences
The end of the year is as good a time as any to reflect upon your life. The 12 month period of time is a nice cookie cutter span in which you can encapsulate your accomplishments and failures. Both of these are important to both learning and gaining inspiration for 2007. Many people look back and only focus on the good or bad, not both. This is a mistake because it either gives you to rosy or bleak of a picture.
Unfortunately, many people tend to focus on the problems and difficulties they experienced in a year, so let’s start there. When considering 2006, where did you fall down and skin your knees? Be honest. Make a list of the areas where things just didn’t go right. While this may sound dour, stop and think about those events. Yes, they didn’t go well, but did they go as badly as you might have feared at the time? More importantly, have you moved beyond them? If so, you should note the lesson of time. What seems like a disaster today often is a small footnote a few months later. You should take inspiration from this and learn not to overact to problems. You should also think about how you would have handled things differently and incorporate those thoughts into your life. Remember, the definition of “experience” is learning from your mistakes.
Turning to the positive, you should make a list of your accomplishments for 2006. Congratulations! If you take the time to make a thorough review, you probably have a longer list than you thought. This should inspire you. Look at how much you accomplished! Now, give some thought to why you accomplished these things. Was there some underlying theme to what you did? If so, you should keep this theme close at hand. Map out what you want to achieve in 2007. How will you apply your theme to these goals? Just like learning from your failures, you need to also learn from your accomplishments.
Sometimes when you love someone very much,
you have to go through every tear,
every heartache and every pain. Because in the end,
it’s not how you love but how much you hold on.
Real true love is having all the things go wrong
but still having a special way to love despite of
all the wrong things that had happened.
Learn to forgive and love again.
Listen’ contains the same letters as ‘silent.’
Listen to the silence of the heart, hear what it says
so you’ll know what will make you happy.
Life is a series of steps.
Each step leads to joyful surprises
and some with happy conclusions.
Let the love in your heart be your
guide as you step to your full potential.
Everyone must learn to be patient with loneliness.
Happiness begins from within. If we can’t tolerate
being alone, it’s more likely that we haven’t found
happiness yet.
Sometimes, things change, plans fail, joy fades and excitements go.
You begin to ask why. But when you look above, all worries depart. God is always there for you.
(Author Unknow)
When I read this I understand the meaning of life. Life is life. Things always come and go. Even happy or sad. It is about learning and accepting .
So Enjoy it!!!
Smile!!!   ;
Happy!!
Fun!!
Joy!!!If 2006 was one of “those” years which you began with optimism,
And ended a little disappointed,
Feeling all alone in the world,
And have a couple of extra wrinkles,
If during the year you forgot more than one important commitment,
Not to mention differences of opinion with the boss,
And more than one goal remained out of reach.
If 2006 wasn’t as great as it could have been
So celebrate it the best possible way ...
With hugs,
And kisses,
And lots of humour.
Here’s hoping you’ll leap into 2007 with prosperity, health and happiness

| The custom of sending Christmas cards is now so well established that it is surprising to discover that it is only about one hundred years old. Valentine cards were popular in the mid-eighteenth century and New Year cards were exchanged in Europe a long time before Christmas cards became accepted, in the 1870s. Other early forerunners were the Christmas greetings children brought home from school, done in their best handwriting on decorated paper, to present to proud parents. Traders would also leave specially decorated visiting cards at Christmas. But it is an Englishman, Sir Henry Cole, who is credited with the idea of the first Christmas card. Cole was the first director of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. He was a businessman with a keen interest in art. In December 1843 he found he had little time to write individual Christmas greetings to his friends, so he decided to produce a printed card. The artist John Calcott Horsley drew a design which Cole approved, and so the first Christmas card was born. It had a picture of a family enjoying the festivities, with two side panels showing acts of charity. One thousand of the cards were printed and sold for a shilling each. The idea was not an overnight success. But advances in the color printing process and the introduction of the halfpenny post for cards in the 1870s meant that Christmas cards started to gain widespread popularity in England. By 1880 the Post Office was having to broadcast its annual advice: 'Post early for Christmas', familiar to those who live in Great Britain. At around the same time, Christmas cards were becoming popular in America through the work of Louis Prang, a German living in Massachusetts. He produced high-quality cards and helped to spread their appeal by organizing nation-wide competitions for the best design. Many of the designs still seen today originated with the earliest Christmas cards. Snow-scenes, pictures of festive feasting and nativity scenes were all popular. Other early cards were more elaborate, coming in the shape of fans, stars or scrolls. Some even had silk finishes and pictures that could be 'animated' by pulling a tab. |
For me, now it seems time manage me already. I can’t manage time by myself because I spend to much time in activities that are useless . I don’t spend time carefully. I tell myself that is not good. I feel stress & upset a lot. I try to find the way to mange time carefully. I hope I will success to do that before new year 2007.
Laughter is Good For Us
Intuitively, we know that laughter is good for us. Think for a moment how your body feels whenever you laugh or smile - words like ‘relaxed’, ‘warm’, ‘whole’, ‘free’ and ‘light-hearted&rsqu o; often come to mind. Trust your inner-tuition! Laughter, happiness and a joyful heart really do offer a medicinal, therapeutic touch. It is as if health, happiness, humour and a sense of wholeness are a wonderful string quartet that plays a healing harmony and a marvellous melody.
Have a great day Friend!

As you open your window; are you touched by the divine ray that comes your way? Do you see each new day as a brand new start?
Or do you see each day as a dark and poisonous dart? The darkness is all in the mind.
Open your eyes. Look around you. Great wonders you will truly find. The darkness and negativity is not real, it never has been.
Visualize the light, towards the light you must lean. Imagine, a moment, an hour or a day without any darkness.
The myriads of opportunities is any ones guess. You can visualize the light piercing the darkest night.
Open your eyes, open your hear and open your soul to that piercing light. Your day will then materialize a complete change in fortune.
You will never be the same. Miracles will happen very soon. Each new day will be a magical adventure.
For all your past problems and anxieties, there is now a cure. See each day as an exciting journey to undertake.
This world is full of miracles. Your day is what you make.

Family is most important for me because I believe no one love me as my family & always forgive me when I make mistake. By the way, it’s so nice climate here, it’s biting cold. I love it a lot . I’m waiting to cerebrate New Year. Very exciting & pleasurable. I know my family will be happy when we have a good time & celebrate New year together.

I read this poem for a long time. I believe most of us still have hope for ourselves even when times are going wrong. I hope that the warm sun will brighten the path for around the world! I still have hope. I hope things are going well in New Year 2007.
YOU STILL HAVE HOPE
~Author Unknown~
If you can look to the past and smile,
then you still have hope.
If, when faced with the bad,
when told everything is futile,
you can still look up and end the conversation with the phrase..."yeah...BUT.,"
then you still have hope.
Hope is such a marvelous thing.
It bends, it twists, it sometimes hides,
but rarely does it break.
It sustains us when nothing else can.
It gives us reason to continue and courage to move ahead,
when we tell ourselves we'd rather give in.
Hope puts a smile on our face
when the heart cannot manage.
Hope puts our feet on the path
when our eyes cannot see it.
Hope moves us to act
when our souls are confused of the direction.
Hope is a wonderful thing,
something to be cherished and nurtured,
and something that will refresh us in return.
And it can be found in each of us,
and it can bring light into the darkest of places.
NEVER LOSE HOPE!

When you exercise, you're helping build a strong body that will be able to move around and do all the stuff you need it to do. Try to be active every day and your body will thank you later!
Exercise Makes Your Heart Happy
You may know that your heart is a muscle. It works hard, pumping blood every day of your life. You can help this important muscle get stronger by doing aerobic exercise.
So you want to do some aerobic exercise right now? Try swimming, basketball, ice or roller hockey, jogging (or walking quickly), in-line skating, soccer, cross-country skiing, biking, or rowing. And don't forget that skipping, jumping rope, and playing hopscotch are aerobic activities, too!
Exercise Strengthens Muscles
Here are some exercises and activities to build strong muscles:
Exercise Keeps the Balance
Food gives your body fuel in the form of calories, which are a kind of energy. Your body needs a certain amount of calories every day just to function, breathe, walk around, and do all the basic stuff. But if you're active, your body needs an extra measure of calories or energy. If you're not very active, your body won't need as many calories. Whatever your calorie need is, if you eat enough to meet that need, your body weight will stay about the same. If you eat more calories than your body needs, it may be stored as excess fat.
Exercise Makes You Feel Good
It feels good to have a strong, flexible body that can do all the activities you enjoy - like running, jumping, and playing with your friends. It's also fun to be good at something, like scoring a basket, hitting a home run, or perfecting a dive. But you may not know that exercising can actually put you in a better mood.
When you exercise, your brain releases a chemical called endorphins, which may make you feel happier. It's just another reason why exercise is cool!

Here, it’s nice climate today because last night it was raining. I love rain I like to see when the rain falls, it make me feel good, enjoy & comfortable.

Soon You Will Understand...The Meaning of Life

understand others." (Confucius, Chinese philosopher, 551-479 BC)

A brief generic overview of why you are here,
what your experience is all about and what it all means.
Go ahead and rip off anything you like,
William Blank
**************
You Will...
Just exactly as if you are landing a spaceship
from another galaxy,
your soul enters your body
and lands here on Earth.
Perhaps you come from out of nowhere,
out of nothingness.
Or else you had a previous existence somewhere,
in another realm
or in this realm,
and you have forgotten it.
Perhaps you land here
of your own free choice.
Or some cosmic force
some karma
beyond you
causes you to land on this planet;
and you have no choice.
No matter.
This is Earth.
You land
and stay for a while.
*******************
You Will...
ACCEPT OTHERS
You will become comfortable with the diversity
From FW MAIL
If the population of the Earth was reduced to that of a small town with 100 people, it would look something like this:
57% Asians
21% Europeans
14% Americans (northern and southern)
8% Africans
52% women
48% men
70% coloured-skins
30% caucasians
89% heterosexuals
11% homosexuals
6 people would own 59% of the whole world wealth and all of them will be from the United States of America
80% would have bad living conditions
70% would be uneducated
50% underfed
1 would die
2 would be born
1 would have a computer
1 (only one) will have higher education
When you look at the world from this point of view, you can see there is a real need for solidarity, understanding, patience and education.
Also think about the following -
This morning, if you woke up healthy, then you are happier than the 1 million people that will not survive next week.
If you never suffered a war, the loneliness of the jail cell, the agony of torture, or hunger, you are happier than 500 million people in the world.
If you can enter into a church (mosque) without fear of jail or death, you are happier then 3 million people in the world.
If there is a food in your fridge, you have shoes and clothes, you have bed and a roof, you are richer then 75% of the people in the world.
If you have bank account, money in your wallet and some coins in the money-box, you belong to the 8% of the people on the world, who are well-to-do.
If you read this you are three times blessed because:
1. somebody just thought of you.
2 . you don't belong to the 200 million people that cannot read.
3 . and... you have a computer!
As somebody once said:
" - Work as if you don't need money,
- Love as if you've never been hurt,
- Dance, as if nobody can see you,
- Sing, as if no one can hear,
- Live, as if the Earth was a heaven."
So start living & stop worrying,
You don't know how lucky you are!
