Future

Future  (32keys)

Our vision for the future might hold one of these two possibilities. We could be dreaming about some enjoyment that hopefully lies ahead, or worried about some looming hardship.

Often the enjoyment in our lives is put on hold, we just need more time and money. We just have to work a little harder. Too many things can go wrong with this and we may not be able to do it later for various reasons. If we put off our enjoyment of life until later, it may take longer than we think, or it may never happen the way that we envisioned it.

We should not throw away our precious todays in anticipation of good times, not when we can have days of enjoyment and satisfaction now. Perhaps it's time for an examination of our style of life and our wants and needs, now and for the future. It is good to imagine a happy future and make plans for it but we should not put off the happiness we can have today. So why not live each day as if the future plans may not materialize.

"We are never living, but only hoping to live; and, looking forward always to being happy, it is inevitable that we never are so." - Blaise Pascal (1623-1662)

Worrying over something that is going to happen will make our lives stressful and less happy.

After examining an upcoming difficult or seemingly disastrous situation, if there is something that can be done to improve on it, do it. If not, and the event cannot or should not be avoided, then accept the fact and start thinking about something else. Worrying about it will not only be a total waste of time but it will increase anxiety, and things will seem even worse than they really are.

"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, not to anticipate troubles, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly." Buddha (BC)

After reading this article, I'm not too worry about my future. But it seems I would like to know about my future that how my life is going on in next 10 years?  I hope I will be lucky, happy & successful.

Love Is The Greatest Gift.
It Brings Warm Light To The
Cold Darkness And Offers Hope
Where Before There Was None.
Love Changes Lives.
Even Though It Has
No Logical Reason To Be,
Love Persists After
All Else Has Faded.

Love Is Lighter Than
The Smallest Snowflake
And Stronger Than The
Mightiest Army. With Love,
The Impossible Becomes Real.

What Is Built And
Nurtured With Love
Can Withstand Any Challenge.
Love Understands,
Enables, Protects And Inspires.

The More Love You Give Away,
The More You Will Have.
In Love Is The
Power Of Patience
And The Freedom
Of Forgiveness.

With Every Word,
With Every Thought,
With Every Gesture,
With Every Interaction,
Give Love. .

Happy time

Thanks for all your blessing friends. All your words mean a lot to me. It is good time for me & all Thai.  I celebrate Songkran with 3 days of festivities with my family.  We go to the local temple in the morning. We pray and give food to monks.

Some one  calls Songkran is “the water festival” because we believe water is used to wash away any bad luck.

Happy time & happy home all

I give this song to some one who is special to me.:) I love the meaning of this song.

This song is called "prom li-kit" from the Thai album Begins by Big Ass.

mer mong bon faa glai jong mong duay kwaam song-sai
Gazing into the distant sky, gazing with curiosity.
waa krai gan na krai tee paa hai ter dern long taang maa jer gap chan
About who was it that had you lose your way and meet me?

mee kon bpen laan kon chaang rai het-pon jing-jing tee rao jer gan
There are millions of people, there is no reason we had to meet.

jaak bpen kon mai cheua a-rai soot taai gor daai dtae taam dtua eng sam-sam
From being one who didn't believe in anything, in the end I can but ask myself over and over.

dtok long keu prom li-kit chai mai tee kian hai bpen yaang nan
So it's destiny, isn't it? That laid it out to be like this.

dtok long hai rao rak gan chai mai yaang nan kor daai reu mai
So we are meant to love each other, right? In that case can I ask...

bproht yaa tam hai rao plat praak
Please don't let us separate.

hai rao rak gan nern-naan teung jon wan dtaai
Let us love each other until the day we die.

oh oh chan kor daai mai
Can I ask for that?

meua gon lom haai jai gor kit waa bpen kong chan
I used to think that my breath was mine.

dtae por daai pop ter perng roo jing-jing lom haai jai keu ter tao nan
But once I met you, I knew you were my breath.

mee kon bpen laan kon chaang rai het pon jing-jing tee rao jer gan
There are millions of people, there is no reason we had to meet.

jaak bpen kon tee mai cheua a-rai soot taai gor daai dtae taam dtua eng eek krang
From being one who didn't believe in anything, in the end I can only ask myself again.

dtok long keu prom li-kit chai mai tee kian hai bpen yaang nan
So it's destiny, isn't it? That laid it out to be like this.

dtok long hai rao rak gan chai mai yaang nan kor daai reu mai
So we are meant to love each other, right? In that case can I ask...

bproht yaa tam hai rao plat praak
Please don't let us separate.

hai rao rak gan nern-naan teung jon wan dtaai
Let us love each other until the day we die.

oh oh chan kor daai mai
Can I ask for that?

kon mee eek dtang laan kon mai mee het pon tee ter dtong leuak chan
There are millions more people, there is no reason you have to choose me.

jaak bpen kon tee mai cheua a-rai soot taai gor daai dtae taam dtua eng eek krang

Can I ask for that?
oh oh chan kor daai mai
an I ask for that?

Songkran

I am very happy because it is only 4 days till the important days for Thai.  Do you know about this?  I guess you do not know it.  Guess it!!!!    LOL no problem I will tell you all. I am waiting THAI NEW YEAR or  SONGKRAN (Thai) . We are funny every year because we do many activities with our families during our new year. We will off 5 days 13-17 April 07. (Yeah!!! Yeah!!!!  Yeah!!!) .....................

We celebrate New year 2 times per year;

1. International New year: 1 Jan

2. Thai New Year:  13 April

Thai New Year

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Thai New Year (Thai Songkran) is celebrated every year on 13 April to 15 April. The date of the festival was originally set by astrological calculation, but it is now fixed . If these days fall on a weekend, the missed days off will be taken on the days immediately following. Songkran falls in the hottest time of the year in Thailand, at the end of the dry season. Until 1888 the Thai New Year was the beginning of the year in Thailand; thereafter 1 April was used until 1940. 1 January is now the beginning of the year. The traditional Thai New Year has been a national holiday since then.

New year traditions
The most obvious celebration of Songkran is the throwing of water. People roam the streets with bowls of water, water guns or even a garden hose, and drench each other and passersby. This, however, is not the heart of this festival. Not many people, even the new generation of Thais, realize that Thai ancestors started this festival to teach their descendants some important things. This festival teaches people to come home to visit their parents, pay respect to them, and usually bring them a small gift. Mother and Father have given to their children so much, and this is the time that children show them that they recognize their parents' favor. People also visit their older neighbors to keep the good relationships and to pay respect to the elders around the neighborhood. For these reasons Songkran days are also considered the family days and the elderly days.
People go to a
wat to pray and give food to monks. They also clean Buddha images in temples with water and gentle Thai perfume (น้ำอบไทย) , as it is believed that this will bring good luck and prosperity for the New Year. In many cities, such as Chiang Mai, the Buddha statues from all of the wats in the city are paraded through the streets so that people can wash them as they pass by. People carry handfuls of sand to their temple to in order to recompense the dirt that they carry away on their feet during the rest of the year. The sand is then piled into large, tiered piles and decorated with colorful flags. Later in the day, people also do community services. Going to wat and doing community service teach people to give, the most basic way to happiness in Buddhism.
Some people make New Year resolutions - to refrain from bad behaviour and to do more good things. Songkran is a time for cleaning and renewal. Many Thais take this opportunity to give their home a thorough cleaning.
The throwing water part was originated as a way to pay respect to people, by pouring a small amount of lustral water on other people’s hands as a sign of respect. The youths also do it in a more fun way. They splash others with water to relieve the heat, since April is the hottest month in Thailand (temperatures can rise to over 100°F or 40°C on some days). This has changed to water fights and splashing water to people on vehicles, a hallmark of Songkran as tourists know, as Thais assimilate more western cultures and technologies.

The use of plaster is also very common having originated in the plaster used by monks to mark blessings
Nowadays, the emphasis is placed on fun and water-throwing rather than on the festival's spiritual and religious aspects, which sometimes prompts complaints from traditionalists. In recent years there have been calls to moderate the festival as there are many road accidents and injuries attributed to some extreme behavior - water being thrown in the faces of travelling motorcyclists and elephant riding elders.

Keep your Mind like an Ocean & Enjoy the Days Like a Fish...

Have a nice Day all...

"Summer"

Thailand we are in  Summer (March-May). It’s too hot here (37 C).  I don’t like too hot or too cold because I’m quite headache.

I remembered this time last year was not too hot same this year. Last year I could do many activities and  traveling in summer, but this summer I feel I don’t want to do anything, traveling and go out. I like to stay at home all day if I don’t have anything to go in another place.

Basically;
Thailand, there are three seasons:
-The cool season (November to February),
-The hot season (April to May),
-The rainy season (June to October), though downpours rarely last more than a couple of hours.

I think nowadays Our climate (Thailand) is changing actually we are in summer or hot season, but someday it has rain. Oh Climate change !!!!!!!!!  I can not expect how about the climate in next10 year.  I can only help in little things, but I will help for our world.    & nbsp;

Have a nice time all.
